    本文對國內外基於位移的抗震設計研究成果進行了較系統的綜述與分析，在已有框架-剪力墻結構抗震性能研究的基礎上，針對現行抗震設計方法的不足，提出了鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結構直接基於位移的抗震設計方法，並對其進行了一些研究和探索，主要內容如下：對國內外框架和剪力墻的模型試驗數據進行分析，量化了剛度退化系數與層間側移角之間的關系，並將其結果引入框架-剪力墻結構直接基於位移的抗震設計方法中。
