    論文從重用的角度研究了hla邦開發過程中的模型,首次對hla邦開發過程中所涉及的模擬模型進行了系統的分類;在深入研究模擬模型元數據的基礎上,提出了基於xml的模擬模型描述方法;論文在分析、歸納模型、模型管理、版本管理等技術的基礎上,提出了hla中模擬模型、管理的方法;由此綜合應用xml技術、數據庫和web等技術,設計了基於web模擬模型庫系統的結構框架,實現了模型、查詢、刪除、查看、下載使用及用戶管理、系統維護、發布等功能;並實現了與kd - hla平臺中關工具的集成,為分佈模擬進一步發展,如模擬網格的研究奠定了基礎。
