    本文在重慶市科技「十五」項目的資助下，提出利用微電子技術、 mems技術和真空電子技術相結合的方法，研究一種帶過保護功能的真空微電子壓力傳感器，該壓力傳感器由帶過保護的場致發射陰極錐尖陣列、彈性陽極膜、絕緣層、真空微腔所構成，具有溫度穩定性好、抗輻射、快響應、高靈敏、體積小、二次儀表簡單、可批量生產等優點，具有廣泛的應用市場。
