    為探討cta形成過程中enk的作用,本實驗用成年雄性sd大鼠35隻,分為白對照組、生理鹽水( 2體重)腹注射組、 0 . 15mlicl溶液( 2體重)腹注射組、 0 . 1糖精溶液口組( 1 . 5 - 2ml只, 5min )和cta建立組,採用免疫細胞化學方法,觀察了亮腦啡肽( lek )陽性神經元在大鼠腦內的分佈情況,並比較了各組大鼠丘腦外側背核( ld ) 、丘腦內側背核外側部( mdl ) 、丘腦腹后外側核( vpl ) 、丘腦腹后內側核( vpm )以及丘腦網狀核( rt )等5個腦區內lek表達水平的差異;另外將成年雄性sd大鼠18隻,分為正常cta建立組以及在cta建立前或cta建立后阿片受體拮抗劑納洛酮( 2mg kg體重)腹注射組,對內源性阿片樣物質對于cta建立和保持的影響進行了行為學研究。

    本文通過試驗研究與理論分析對旋式豎井泄洪洞應用於高水頭、大泄量情況時存在的一些水力學問題進行了研究和探討,取得以下主要成果:一、結合小灣工程導洞改建,對高水頭( 252m ) 、大泄量( 1400m ~ 3 s )條件下旋式豎井中的水運動特徵進行了比較全面的測量,包括形態、徑向速分佈及井壁壓強等;二、提出了豎井段螺旋水水力計算方法,其計算結果與實測值吻合良好;三、利用試驗與計算結果,對旋式豎井的消能機理進行了探討,對豎井各部分的消能能力有了總體認識;四、對豎井下部消力井的合理井深進行了優化試驗研究,發現消力井合理深度為0 . 9d左右;五、通過試驗研究,歸納出豎井水總摻氣量估算方法,為導洞排氣方案的設計提供了參考依據;六、在高水頭、大量條件下,豎井段下部速很高,盡管水螺旋運動引起的離心力可以確保井壁壓強保持正壓,但化數依然較低,因此豎井的蝕始終是工程界關注的重大問題。
