本文以ansys有限元軟體為研究手段，針對網架螺栓球節點的8種螺栓規格進行單缺口應力集中分析，定量求得相應的應力集中系數k _ t ；論述了螺紋升角、螺紋牙根圓角半徑r及球栓直徑比d / d對k _ t的影響，並引入相應的影響系數_ 1 、 _ 2及_ 3 ，最終提出了應力集中系數k的計算公式。
