In view of the research situation of the technologic and economic evaluation on the constructed program of the pacific road " section in the no : 1 route of wuhan city ' s light rail transit at present, especially the researchment on the trend of the route, the paper discussed detail research of the constructing plans by using various theories of fundamental construction econnmics, etc, based on the the general urban constructing plan of wuhan, etc. the qualitative analysis method and the quantitative analysis method are connected to be applied into this paper for the research work
本文根據《武漢市城市總體規劃》 （ 1996 - 2020 ） ， 《城市快速軌道交通工程項目建設標準》 ， 《武漢市綜合交通規劃》 （ 1996 - 2020 ）以及運籌學、技術經濟學、投資管理學、基本建設經濟學等原理和相關理論，對武漢輕軌交通一號線太平洋路段這部分關鍵建設線路方案的比選進行了論述及細化研究。本文採用定性分析與定量分析相結合的方法，對軌道線網初始方案進行測試與調整；對多個線路走向的初始方案進行篩選，確定兩個備選方案，再對軌道交通線網優選方案進行綜合比選評價，最終得出軌道交通線網的推薦方案，增強了建設方案的科學性和合理性。
