本文以河南省自然科學基金攻關項目「雙目視覺監控系統研製」和河南省高校傑出科研人才創新工程項目「基於pgf和模糊技術的分散式圖像分割」為依託，對人臉識別中的若干問題，特別是人眼定位，進行研究。主要工作歸納如下:第一，針對復雜背景下灰度人臉圖像中人眼定位的問題，本文提出了一種改進的基於閾值的人眼定位演算法。Through studying the poverty problem of the region, this thesis aims at finding solutions to the poverty problem so as to help hani people get rid of poverty and build a prosperous homeland. this thesis takes a demonstration research method together with economic theories in analyzing the types and causes of the poverty problem in this region, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions
文章採用實證研究的方法，運用經濟學理論，結合哈尼族聚居區的實際，透過江城哈尼族彝族自治縣、墨江哈尼族自治縣和紅河哈尼族彝族自治州的元陽縣的現狀，分析和歸納了哈尼族聚居區的貧困類型和貧困致因，提出了解決哈尼族地區貧困問題的若干對策和建議。
