    課題研究中,首先採用特殊的改性工藝及外加劑實現對聚苯乙烯顆粒表面的成功改性,使其表面由憎水轉化為完全親水,確保與無機料的復合質量;其次,通過採用優化及使用復合纖維等措施解決了保溫料的輕質與強度的矛盾,使保溫料在滿足必要的強度的前提下,導熱系數降至最小;並且,課題研究中成功解決了纖維在保溫料中均勻分散的問題,達到了抑制保溫料收縮的目的;最後,通過採用復合外加劑、合適的膠凝料及合理的比等措施確保該保溫料具有良好的和易性,滿足施工的要求。

    在分析各國ogfc的基礎上,運用礦料體積法進行ogfc設計,用正交實驗對礦料進行了優化設計,運用數理統計方法分析礦料和孔隙率之間的關系,並回歸出礦料關鍵篩孔通過率與ogfc架空隙結構關系的數學方程,進而提出了ogfc的合理;通過對不同孔隙率典型混合料的性能研究,綜合力學和功能性能,得出了ogfc的合理孔隙率范圍:針對高速公路面層對ogfc力學性能方面的要求,本文從瀝青膠結料、纖維穩定劑兩方面對ogfc的性能進行改善:通過sbs和橡膠粉復合改性的方法開發出了適合ogfc的高粘度改性瀝青,摻加聚合物纖維,提高ogfc的最佳瀝青用量,進而改善了混合料的高溫性能和抗水損害性能,優化設計出能滿足高速公路路用性能,車轍動穩定度達5000次/ mm以上,動融劈裂強度比90 ,透水系數31ml / s ,並具有防滑降噪功能的開瀝青磨耗層( ogfc )混合料。
