模擬的結果表明：扁平纖維的異形度隨著紡絲溫度及特性黏度的升高而降低；泵供量一定時，紡速對異形度的影響不大；紡絲速度一定，異形度隨著泵供量的增大而增大；吹風條件對異形度的影響較大；隨著噴絲孔的長寬比的增大，異形度增加的幅度也較大；異形度在紡程上較小的區間內有明顯的下降趨勢，並隨著泵供量的增加其下降的趨勢變緩。
