    Hsp70是一種分子伴侶,主要功能是參與胞有關蛋白新生肽折疊、亞基組裝、胞內運輸、蛋白質降解及dna損傷修復,對線粒體結構和功能發揮重要作用,已有研究證明hsp70與動植物發育有密關系,本研究將hsp70正、反義cdna構建成表達載體,並運用基因槍和農桿菌介導法將hsp70正、反義cdna導入,試通過hsp70反義cdna抑制hsp70基因表達從而創造雄性不育株,以證明hsp70反義cdna能創造雄性不育系。
