論文根據熱傳導理論、彈性徐變理論及有限元理論，用三維有限元浮動網格法對拱壩施工期和運行期溫度場、徐變應力場進行了全過程模擬分析，較為系統的研究了混凝土拱壩施工期和運行期溫度場、徐變應力場的分佈規律，在分析中按照混凝土拱壩施工過程，考慮了混凝土分層澆築、施工間隙時間、彈模變化、絕熱溫升過程、環境溫度的變化、混凝土徐變、自生體積變形等因素對壩體溫度應力的影響。Based the humidity theory, the paper adopts the relative humidity as the character value and puts forward using 30 % rh and below 0c dew - point as the on - line monitoring critical value. it gives the method of volume ratio convert at the different temperature. with the standard value, we can conclude the result of moisture content
針對現有規程標準中控制水分的指標的缺點和局限，提出了採用相對濕度作為監測特徵量並轉換為露點以直觀表示設備絕緣狀況：採用30相對濕度及0以下露點作為監測的臨界值與允許值；同時推導出了體積比單位在不同溫度下的折算方法，以結合現有標準，綜合分析，做出判斷結論。
