    為尋找實用性較強的機制參數(變量) ,本文對發電企業內外部環境進行了分析,其中,內部環境分析以研究后重的活力索展開,通過逐項延伸分析,簡明扼地提出了發電企業活力衡量指標體系,作為形成發電企業目標樹圖的主依據。以上兩方面的工作成果,使筆者最終完成了發電企業四項激勵機制從原理、結到實用性的綜合設計,即: ?有效激發員工市場競爭意識的壓力激勵機制。 ?基於發電企業應當主採用目標管理模式這一研究結論的報酬激勵機制,它的最大特點是簡化了績效評價,針對發電企業現狀,在機制中注入了人本管理思想,綜合考慮了員工對企業當前和長遠利益的貢獻。

    在定性與定量相結合,深入分析的基礎上,提出在由傳統農業向現代農業轉變的發展時期,農業機械是農業生產中影響農業國際競爭力的關鍵因,農業機械化水平是形成農業國際競爭力的核心能力,農業機械化水平的高低決定著農業國際競爭力的強弱,新階段走適應新型工業化道路和有效提高我國農業國際競爭力的新型農業機械化道路,突出多樣化、綜合性、優質高效性,與農業產業化、城鎮化相結合,促進農業可持續發展、農業結調整和區域經濟協調發展,選擇技術進步與發揮勞動資源優勢相結合的合型農業機械化技術路
