We try to explore the relation between performance management process and organizational culture. data were collected from 188 employees from twenty enterprises which respectively belong to foreign - found, private - owned, joint venture and state - owned entities using and anonymous survey measuring 4 key factors of the performance management process and 9 dimensions of the organizational culture related show that : ( 1 ) 9 major factors are included in the organizational culture surveyed : leader vision and aim, employee goal, organization connection, team cooperation, value and investment, identity and flexibility, action, development. ( 2 ) as a whole, high correlation between performance management and organization culture 8 dimensions is found, however negative correlation between organizational culture and performance audit, control and running

    所以,本研究根據danieldesion的組織文化量表和自的績效管理過程關鍵因素問卷對188名企員工進行問卷調查,並對調查結果進行了相關分析,結果表明: ( 1 )企中的組織文化有9個關鍵維度:領導願景與目標清晰、員工的工目標、內部危機處理、組織內部的通透性、團、價值引導與投資、組織認同與行為靈活性、組織發展內外舉措、組織發展源泉( 2 )各類企總體,組織文化中的8個維度都與績效管理有顯著的正相關,僅與內部危機處理在績效考查、績效監控、績效運用上有顯著的負相關。
