從改善環境和發展經濟兩方面綜合考慮，為實施壩上地區「一退雙還」提供了理論與技術依據。主要研究結果如下： 1對人工草地、作物留茬地及耕翻地的輸沙量觀測表明：勁風（ 8 . 0m s ）下，人工草地比對照耕翻地輸沙量在200cm高度內平均降低了35 . 5 ，比作物留茬地平均降低了34 . 5 ；作物留茬地輸沙量與耕翻地差異不顯著；微風（ 5 . 0m s ）下，不同地表覆被類型對輸沙量的影響差異不顯著。
