Operation : the performer flicks the tendou of bladder channel of beneficiary with thumb up and down repeatedly, then to move down with top of thumb from “ zhong yu ” in the shoulder bladder, going through “ pe hu gao mang ” down to side of shoulder bladder repeatedly
操作：施術者用拇指指側用力作用在膀胱經肌腱處，由上至下，來回撥動，以復數次，再以拇指端置於肩胛內上緣肩中俞處，沿內緣逐步下移，經魄戶膏肓穴，按揉至肩胛下角，反復數次。The treatment group was treated by adfp on ganshu bl18, danshu bl19, weishu bl21 and pishu bl20 acupoint of bilateral foottaiyang bladder meridians with pressing and kneading maneuver for 15 min each time, twice per day, while the control group was treated with acidinhibitory and gastrokinetic drugs as omeprazole entericcoated tablets 20 mg, once administration at a 12h interval and cisapride tablets 10 mg, thrice daily, taken 15 min before meals
方法80例gerd患者隨機分為兩組，治療組予藥穴指針療法：即治療操作者每次以適量棉花纏指后，沾少許藥液塗敷患者雙側足太陽膀胱經肝俞膽俞胃俞及脾俞穴位上，先後按揉法捫法及捏法進行操作每次操作15 min ，每日2次，上下午各1次。連續治療3周為1個療程。
