自願應征符合條件的全日制高等學校學生，可以批準服現役，原就讀學校應當有關規定保留其學籍，退伍后準其復學；被批準服現役的應征公民，發《應征公民入伍通知書》給戶口所在地，注銷戶口並享受軍屬待遇；被應征公民是機關、團體、企業事業單位職工的，由原單位發給離職當月的全部工資、獎金及各種補貼。
