    通過各種硅膠柱層析，吸附樹脂， sephadex系列凝膠樹脂以及rp - 8類反向柱等層析材料以及高效液相色譜等技術，利用不同的洗脫體系對這兩種植物的化學成分進行分離得到純的單體化合物，然後利用ms （ ei - ms ， fab - ms ） 、一維nmr 、二維nmr （ cosy ， roesy ， hmbc ， hmqc ）等技術對這些化合物進行結構鑒定，利用ir和uv對這些化合物進行了表徵。
