    本論文採用實證研究法、深度訪談法、定性與定量相結合的法,運用營銷渠道構建及管理的相關理論,包括關系營銷理論、應鏈理論、激勵理論、渠道權力轉移理論以及博弈論等理論,通過分析整個醫行業的宏觀和微觀環境變化,研究醫市場營銷渠道模式演變過程和現有模式的特點,並結合相同類型企業渠道建設的經驗,針對廈門美康制公司的營銷渠道的現狀,分析其特點以及存在的弊端,並根據消費營銷渠道一般模型,出了其營銷渠道框架的重構,即美康公司四級營銷渠道的構建
