Based on consider hereinbefore, this dissertation discusses several aspects on the problem of the sustainable and optimum exploitation of groundwater resources as follows : ( 1 ) reviewed entirely the origin and evolvement of the concept " sustainable development ", stated and commented the study status in queue on " sustainable development " around national and international range, thorough discussed the science connotation about the concept " sustainable development " ; ( 2 ) looked back and commented across - the aboard some furthest basic concept and proposition related to groundwater resources, put forward self opinions on a few existent mistake points of view and chaos understandings ; ( 3 ) expatiated entirely on the content and meaning of the theory of changeable groundwater resources system, contrast with the traditional methods of groundwater resources calculation and evaluation, combined example to show the application of this theory ; ( 4 ) thorough analyzed the difficult and complexity to forecast the groundwater resources, fully stated the traditional methods of groundwater resources forecasting, pointed out the characteristic and applying condition of these forecasting method, introduced the main ideas and methods of wavelet analysis developed recently, and the matlab software be known as the fifths era computer language, and its accessory wavelet analysis toolbox, applied these methods and tools to analyze the groundwater dynamic curve, adopted the b - j method and morte - carlo method, combined with the theory of changeable groundwater resources system, discussed the new view on the forecast of groundwater resources ; ( 5 ) synthetically analyzed the characteristics and limitations of the present all kind of groundwater manage model, combined mathematical programming mathematical statistics random process and the theory of variation system of groundwater resources on the unite optimum attempter of surface water and groundwater, emphasized how to make the model more nicety, more simple, more practicality ; ( 6 ) analyzed the inside condition and outside condition to assure the sustainable and optimum exploi tation of groundwater resources, the inside conditions are the follows : correct resources idea, scientific methods of resources calculation and evaluation, credible forecast methods of resources, exercisable measures of resources management, the outside conditions are the follows : the development idea of high layer, the transform of manage system, the matched policy and rule of law, the adjusted of economy lever, the improve of cultural diathesis, the boosting up of water - saving consciousness and detail measures, the control of population rising, the prevention and cure of water pollute, the renew and rebuild of ecology ; ( 7 ) scan the sustainable and optimum exploitation of groundwater resources from the high level of metagalaxy, earth system science, and philosophy ; lint out the more directions on groundwater resources

    本論文共分八個部分:第一部分退耕還林概況:筆者在查閱大量資料的基礎上,參閱美國與中國的退耕還林過程中所採取的各項措施並進比較,得出了以下結論:中國不能走發達國家先破壞后保護的道路;有計劃、有步驟地實施退耕還林是改善不合理土地利用現象的有力舉措;中國退耕還林經濟基礎較為薄弱,農業勞生產率低,退耕還林后,必須加大技含量,提高剩餘耕地的單產,解決糧食自給問題,同時,政府應加強剩餘勞力轉移,產業結構調整小城鎮設的引導;退耕還林的實施仍離不開政府的扶持;依法退耕還林;退耕還林不是在短期內能見到效果的,長期堅持必有成效。該部分最後論述了目前國內退耕還林工程政策、管理方面的現狀其存在哪些問題尚待改進或繼續深入研究,並需要進一步完善。第二部分退耕還林背景分析:針對我國目前生態環境設中的退耕還林工程,就其產生的根源從社會經濟背景、生態環境背景西部大開發三個角度進了全面、系統的分析。

Scientific computation visualization interactive virtual reality computer dynamic simulation etc., to study thoroughly and carefully on critical technologies such as mixed - language programming simplification of scene models displaying realistic image and animation of 3d scene models and so on in this dissertation, the methods to build scene models were studied and applied to develop a dynamic simulation system of 3d railway scene based on this idea, the major study contents and results can be summarized as follows : 1 ) mixed - language programming can complement each other between different programming languages and the method has a general significance and can become popular many computation models including development of dtm optimum of dtm and reorganization of dtm were developed with fortran language in order to use the ripe codes, the dissertation succeeded in integrating the developed fortran codes to the visual c + + environment and achieving the course of mixed - language programming 2 ) the methods to build scene models for 3d location design were discussed in the dissertation and the development and animation of scene models had been realized by applying synthetically those technologies such as computer graphic computational geometry and geometrical modeling and computer dynamic simulation etc, and adopting opengl 3d graph library then achievement was got by using the technology of 3d visualization to livingly express design results 3 ) combing with the concerned study and development projects, adopting vc + + as development tools and in the light of those theories and algorithms stated in this dissertation, a software, which could build scene models with realism for 3d railway location design, in the name of " the dynamic simulation system of 3d scene of railway " was developed., the correctness was proved by using the software to build the 3d scene models and achieve their animation of suining - chongqing railway and yunnan - xizang railway

    本文綜合利用計算機圖形學、學計算可視化、人機交互、虛擬現實、計算機態模擬等理論和技術,針對混合語言編程、真實感圖形繪制以三維景觀模型的畫驅等關鍵技術,進了深入細致的研究,從而探討了立逼真景觀模型的方法,並基於本文提出的方法研製了一個鐵路線路三維景觀態模擬系統。基於這一思想,本文主要研究內容研究成果如下: 1 )混合語言編程可以實現語言優勢互補,具有普遍意義。針對數字地面模型的立、優化、組等計算模塊是成熟的fortran程序代碼,本文成功實現了vc + +與fortran語言的混編; 2 )緊緊圍繞三維選線設計中景觀模型的立方法展開研究,綜合利用計算機圖形學、計算幾何幾何造型學以計算機模擬技術,採用opengl三維圖形庫,實現了景觀模型的立以畫驅,使得三維可視化技術成功應用於選線設計成果的三維直觀表達; 3 )結合有關研課題,利用vc + +開發工具,以本文所述的理論和演算法為基礎,研製和開發了一個立三維選線設計逼真景觀模型的系統軟體- - 「鐵路線路三維景觀態模擬系統」 。

    本文第一章首先回顧和總結了高技經濟的發展規律,並定義了高新技術產業化力機制的概念,力機制研究包涵的內容;接著,筆者對影響高新技術產業化進程的各主要因素進列舉,並根據各因數對高新技術產業發展的不同影響方式,將力因素劃分為外部力因素和內部因素兩大類,第二章分析了外部力對高新技術產業化進程的推作用,第三章首先在分析高新技術產業化進程的創新特徵的前提下,分別研究了各種創新活對高新技術產業發展的要推作用;文中第四章在前面研究的基礎上筆者構了高新技術產業化力系統的模型,並分析了力系統的作用特點、作用方式,提出了內部力主體結構的「三套車」模式和力協同的一種主要模式? ? 「四輪協同」模式;最後,在第五章,筆者分析了中國高新技術產業發展中存在的問題並做出對策研究。

Statistically, it makes a quantitive analysis on the evolvement of the country economic structure in xi ' an city, the economic benefit of the changes in industry structure, the effect on labor resource collacation in industry structure and the effect of the increasing income of countrymen in industry structure changes, which discloses a rule of the industry structure evolvement in country. the putting forward of the non - agriculture industry in country, especially the rapid increase in country industry will promote the rise of the country industry level for a long term. the country industry structure influences a lot the increase of the farmer ' s income which is also affected by agriculture structure and planting structure, but less. the non - agriculture industry plays a main role in the increase of farmer ' s income. for the low level of the townlization and industrialization, developing industry, construction and commercial in country is very feasible to resolve the problem of spare labors in country. it is strengthening labors transferring and reducing the modulus of labor over the infield that farmers income could be kept increasing. after a theoretical analysis and twenty years practise in the regulation of country economy structure after the reform and opening policy in xi ' an, a new thought of regulating country economy structure in xi ' an is put forward that a strategic regulation must be taken in country economy structure and the agriculture structure must be optimized. moreover, an expanding agriculture must be developed and transfer the spare labors in country effectively. so the government function during the regulation of country economy structure is transferred to : the first one, making the stress policy in the regulation of country industry structure. 2ndly, strengthening the force in regulating country industry structure ; 3rdly, making a plan on the regulation of country industry structure ; 4th promoting the optimizition and upgree of industry relying on sci - tech progress ; 5th enhancing the townlization and optimizing the country industry structure ; last one, improving the quality of labors in full scale

    本文在概述經濟結構理論的基礎上,第一次系統地研究了西安市農村經濟結構調整,用數據統計的方法,定量、定性地分析了西安市農村經濟結構演變的軌跡,分析了產業結構變的經濟效益、產業結構勞力資源配置效應、產業結構變的農民收入增長效應,揭示了農村產業結構演變的規律。提出農村非農產業,尤其是高速增長的農村工業,對促進農村產業水平的提升起著長?推力的作用;農民收入增長直接受農村產業結構的影響最大,農業產業結構、種植業結構對農民收入有影響,但作用不可高估;非農產業是農民增收的主要支撐力量,解決農村余勞力在城鎮化、工業化水平不高的情況下,切實可的選擇是在農村發展工業、築業、商飲業等非農產業;農民收入要保持快速增長態勢必須加大農村勞力轉移力度,減少耕地承載勞力的系數。通過理論分析,結合西安市改革開放后20多年的農村產業結構調整的實踐,提出了西安市農村產業結構調整的發展思路目標、原則,明確指出了政府在農村經濟結構調整過程中的職能轉變的要方面:一是制定農村產業結構調整的傾斜政策,二是加大對農村產業調整的投入力度,三是制定產業結構調整的規劃,四是依靠技進步促進產業優化和升級,五是加快城鎮化過程,優化農村產業結構。

Engineering drawing has always been labeled as a practical subject. a combination of geometrical, building. mechanical and electrical drawing, it relates between theory and the picture of reality. engineering drawing will provide an accurate and complete ptcture for every object tn terms of shapes and sizes. usually, it is taught using the face - to - face teaching mode even in an odl environment. due to its nature, some students may find difficulty in imagining and interpreting the drawings. however, the availability of sophisticated technology provides the opportunity for the learning of engineering drawing to be enhanced via online. a web - based system for teaching and learning engineering drawing was developed based on a constructivism model. the web - based system is tailored for several topics of engineering drawing such as orthographic projection, sectional view, isometric and oblique drawing at the secondary level. the learning strategy consists of multiple phases beginning with introduction, concept learning, engineering drawing method, application and exercises. during introduction, students will be exposed to an overview of the topic followed by learning of specific concepts. the system provides a learning environment that allows engineering students to view objects from different angles, such as third angle projection and first angle projection as well as views of plans, side and front elevations. after learning about the concepts, students wilt be guided through the various steps in drawing methods for each topic via animations and simulations. learners are able to view any section repeatedly. examples of real application of engineering drawings were also given using graphic, animations and video. to evaluate students understanding, exercises were given at the end of each session
