摘要以某化肥公司1200氨冷器殼體開裂泄漏的失效分析為例，通過對檢驗數據和結果及有關文獻資料的分析研究，探究了液氨介質壓力容器產生應力腐蝕裂紋的原因：設備中存在較高的焊接殘余應力；液氨介質具備應力腐蝕環境，即含水量0 . 2 % ，且有空氣（ o2或co2 ）污染（或摻入） ，使用溫度高於零下5 ；母材強度越高，應力腐蝕裂紋產生的傾向就越大。
