首先，利用非視距傳播時延服從指數分佈的特點，對不同基站一次測量的數據進行預處理，重構視距傳輸參量；然後，對處理后的數據採用視距定位演算法估計移動臺位置；最後，對估計結果進行平滑后處理，以減小重構出的參量誤差的影響，進一步提高定位精度。
