本文正是基於這一原理設計了測量光束微小偏轉角的光路系統，用消偏振分光棱鏡將入射光分為兩路，並在兩路分別用兩個直角棱鏡組成的斜方棱鏡來實現兩次全內反射，不但提高了測量靈敏度和線性，還利用差分光路的特點提高了抗干擾能力。
