方法術式改進包括：顳上方180 、以穹隆為基底的大結膜瓣；穿刺點選擇8點及2點位（右眼）或10及4點位（左眼） ；用聚丙烯縫線所帶直針及鏟針，從角膜切口兩端進入眼內，由8點及2點位鞏膜瓣下穿刺出針。
