After a deep study on the regulations concerning the teachers construction in the university, the author interviewed the related persons, gathered the views and suggestion from a mass of teachers. borrowing the experience form a number of prestigious universities in the country and guided by the theory of human resources management, the theory of organization behavior, the theory of management covered so far, the author analysizes the current situations in the teachers construction of the university, points out the existing shortcomings and puts forth the methods for further improvement the paper consists of 5 parts : preface ; introduction to the current situation of the university ; the existing situation of the teachers construction ; its current construction patterns ; the construction framework proposed ( conclusion and suggestions )
作者在深入研究了山東理工大學師資隊伍建設有關規章的基礎上,對師資隊伍建設相關部門負責人及工作人員進行了走訪,認真搜集了廣大教師對師資隊伍建設的意見和建議,並借鑒了部分知名高校在這方面的成功經驗,以所學的人力資源管理、組織行為學、管理學等理論為指導,分析了山東理工大學師資隊伍建設現狀,陳述了存在的不足並闡述了改進方法,提出了今後一段時間該校師資隊伍建設的具體措施。Them, the thesis has chosen three china ' s cases as object of study, corporatism and social resource theory as theoretical perspective, and the function of npo integrating social welfare resources as the point of study to research the mechanism of npo integrating social welfare resources, the factors which bring down its effects, the motive power of the development of npo in social welfare field. then, the conclusion comes into being : the instituting and running of a npo which has specific object is a effective mechanism to integrate social welfare resources ; in practice, npo can integrate social welfare resources by instituting former and informer social network ; the factors which bring down its effects include policy and themselves ; and there is several kind of power which can motive the development of npo in social welfare field
本文選取了在發展程度上呈梯次性的中國三個個案為研究對象,以合作主義和社會資源理論為理論視角,以非營利組織對社會福利資源的整合功能為切入點,探討了非營利組織整合社會福利資源的機制、其效果的制約性因素、以及在社會福利領域推動非營利組織發展的動力,認為定位明確的非營利組織的成立與運營為社會福利資源的整合提供了一條可供選擇的有效的途徑,發現在實踐中非營利組織可利用正式的和非正式的兩種網路建構來開發整合社會福利資源,而現階段其整合效果受到政策環境和自身能力等因素的制約,推動非營利組織發展與能力健全的力量源泉主要來自需求推動、政策推動、專業知識推動和國際交往推動。The main body, which includes 5 parts : in the conception section, first, it reknew the conception of both culture tourism and marketing position, in order to clear the concept and made it a guide of the whole article ; in the marketing section, next, it has studied on the world tourism market for its developing tendency and distinctive feature. it analyzed the present conditions of chongqing cultural market and also made prediction about it ; third, in the resources section, in the light of diversity, this part made a clear classification on chongqing cultural resources according to their characteristics ; the fourth part, in the product section, it give a position analysis about two things : the overall image, and the products of chongqing cultural tourism, and also made correlative strategies of them ; in the communicating section, fmally, it is mainly about how to communicate with tourism consumers, how to build up a good image of cq cultural tourism in their minds, and let them have a good understanding
