本文以現代電力網路的運行特點為基礎，結合近年來對所涉及的同類問題的思考，對系統諧波的產生、發展的一般規律進行較為全面的理論闡述；以大量事故案例分析諧波所帶來的危害和影響；通過實地測試和對所得數據的分析研究，推導出一種應用matlab的fft的諧波分析方法，給出了該方法的程序流程框圖及結果界面顯示；在此基礎上進一步探討了利用現代通信網路建立電網諧波網路管理分析系統的總體構想和功能。
