本文針對我國人力實施煤炭液化和超純煤制備等高新技術，迫切需要將煤中水分深度脫除的技術手段，通過對我國煤炭乾燥脫水技術現狀與水平的分析，提出以電廠過熱蒸汽為熱源，利用盤式乾燥機，以簡捷的乾燥工藝、低的乾燥成本，深度脫除煤中所含水分的技術方案。
