    為了配合紅塔集團總體戰略目標的實現,加強集團人力資源管理的科學化、規范化、合理化。本文從人力資源管理中分析這一基礎性工作入手,結合紅塔集團生產一部的實情,運問卷調查法和面談法收集整理出有關數據資料,過科學的分析,得出一套切實可行的生產一部書,並由此提供了一種在人力資源管理中正確進行分析的方法。

The study paid attention to the change of teacher ' s sense of teaching efficacy teaching motivation and occupational stress under such realistic background. by analysis and explanation of investigation data, the study concludes the results as follows : 1 after implement of curricular reform, general teaching efficacy of teachers who have joined curricular reform compared to their past or to of what teachers who have n ' t joined curricular reform goes up significantly, while personal teaching efficacy ( significantly ) declines ; 2 after implement of curricular reform, intrinsic motivation of teachers who have joined curricular reform compared to their past ( significantly ) presents descending trend, while their outer motivation ( significantly ) rises apparently. so that their intrinsic motivation and outer motivation are significantly much higher than of what teachers who have n ' t joined curricular reform ; 3 after implement of curricular reform, occupational role and personal stress of teachers who have joined curricular reform compared to their past or to of what teachers who have n ' t joined curricular reform goes up significantly, while their relaxation of personal resource significantly declines, but have no remarkable difference at other aspects ; 4 the sense of teaching efficacy teaching motivation and occupational stress of teachers which belong to different characteristic and category exists remarkable difference before and after new curricular reform ; 5 teachers " sense of teaching efficacy teaching motivation and occupational stress tie together tightly, while the interaction of teaching motivation and occupational stress is prominence, occupational stress directly influences teaching motivation, and indirectly influences the sense of teaching efficacy

    過對調查數據予以分析和,本研究得到如下結論: ( 1 )課程改革以後,參與課改的教師無論與自身縱向相比,還是與未參加課改的教師橫向相比,其一般教育效能感顯著上升,而教師的個人教學效能感則(顯著)下降; ( 2 )課程改革以後,參與課改的教師與自身縱向相比其內部動機有較為顯著的下降趨勢,外部動機則有顯著地上升趨勢;其內部動機和外部動機都(顯著)高於未參加課改的教師; ( 3 )課程改革以後,參與課改的教師無論是與自身縱向相比,還是與未參與課改的教師橫向相比,其「業任」和「個體緊張反應」方面均呈現(非常)顯著地上升趨勢,而在「個體應對資源」方面除休閑是顯著降低外,其餘無顯著的差異; ( 4 )不同特徵和類別教師的「教學效能感」 、 「教學動機」和「業緊張應對」在課改前後的變化狀況上存在(顯著)差異; ( 5 )教師教學效能感、教學動機和業緊張應對密切聯系,教學動機與教學效能感相互作顯著;而業緊張應對直接顯著影響教學動機,間接影響教學效能感。

Under the guidance of the theories of organization design and organization strategy management, this thesis concludes the characteristics of personnel function system, and expounds the reference standards of controlling the number of personnel positions of corporations of csic through analyzing technology, resource and ability of csic ; then, applying the theory and methodology of organization strategy management, business process reengineering and human resource management and development, this paper analyzes and designs personnel function system of csic, inquires into management information system that is connective with function system, shows the procedure, contents and function direction model of position analysis and design of csic which has been applied to position appraisals of no. 703 research institute ; next, the thesis analyzes and designs the models of personnel performance appraisals, gives development procedure of performance appraisals index and illustrates the index integrated with the corporati ons " actualities ; finally, in this paper, performance appraisals index system of personnel on management and technology was designed, and also the personnel performance appraisals model using ahp methodology combined with performance appraisals index system of management personnel

    本文以有關組織設計和組織戰略管理理論為指導,過對csic的技術、資源和能力進行分析,得出其人才體系的特點,提出了csic企事業單位人才位數量控制的參考標準;然後,運組織戰略管理、業流程再造和人力資源管理開發理論和方法,對csic人才體系進行了分析與設計,並對與體系相結合的管理信息系統進行了探討;其次,給出了csic位分析與設計的程序、內容和書範例,並將其運到703研究所的位評價中;再次,對csic人才績效考核模式進行了分析和設計,給出了績效考核指標開發流程,結合企業實際對業績考核指標進行了;最後,設計了管理和技術人才的績效考核指標體系,並運ahp法結合管理人才績效考核指標體系構建了人才績效考核的模式。
