（ 3 ）採用-模型實現了壓力噴霧乾燥塔的溫度場、濕度場、流場的理論建模，利用計算流體力學（ cfd ）技術來解決噴霧乾燥過程中熱介質與霧滴間的傳熱傳質以及動量傳遞和湍流擾動等問題，避免了乾燥過程中的設計不合理狀況；通過增加雙格柵均風裝置和旋轉出風裝置，改善了乾燥塔內的熱質傳遞，提高了乾燥塔的體積蒸發強度。
