以visualbasic為開發平臺，基於組件開發環境的獨立性、軟體升級的靈活性、集成開發的便捷性，圍繞組件gis進行系統集成，著重闡述了代碼組件及雙工程測試在vb平臺上的具體實現過程、探討了gis與模型及gis與gps的耦合技術，集成后的系統克服了使用gis軟體內嵌二次開發語言無法脫離基礎gis軟體平臺而獨立運行的不足，各大組件能單獨升級和維護，為精確農作決策支持系統的集成開發和獨立運行提供了組件化技術方案。
