    論文對管道(管)缺陷漏磁檢測定量化、智能化的難題,緊密結合檢測現場實際需要,通過理論分析和大量實驗,系統分析總結了管道(管)缺陷漏磁智能檢測技術,並在缺陷漏磁場分佈以及缺陷漏磁信與缺陷外形參間的關系、缺陷漏磁信分析、漏磁信影響因素補償、缺陷漏磁場波形特徵提取和缺陷外形尺寸定量識別等方面進行了深入研究,主要成果和創新如下:引出磁偶極子模型近似分析常見缺陷漏磁場,對磁偶極子模型的不足,將有限元方法應用到缺陷漏磁場分析,實現了常見管道樣本缺陷漏磁場的模擬。

    本文結合交通部重點科技項目「港口起重機絲繩傳動件的高性能技術研究」 ,對當前絲繩電磁檢測技術中所存在的問題,以鐵磁學為理論基礎,以試驗和現代字信處理技術為手段,對絲繩漏磁信的應力效應、絲繩疲勞損傷歷程中的漏磁信變化規律做了深入的研究,對絲繩缺陷信的特徵參和缺陷的定量描述指標做了詳細的分析,提出了一種局部缺陷的定量逼近方法。
