傳統的弧形閘門的支臂結構基本上都是三角架式的，這主要是因為按平面體系進行計算的傳統設計方法忽略了結構的整體性及弧形閘門的空間結構特點，設計得比較保守，而實際上，將其改為a型結構也存在可行性，本文是利用有限元分析軟體? ? ansys對原模型及修改模型分別進行靜態和固有頻率的計算，通過分析比較其結果可知，支臂改為a型后會使閘門的整體受力趨于均勻，即原模型受力大的部件其應力變小，而原模型受力小的部件其應力會變大；而且a型支臂的支桿在不同的放置位置對支臂的應力和位移變化也有一定的影響。
