壓電疊堆泵是一種以壓電疊堆作為驅動元件的微型泵，它是隨著mems的發展而發展起來的。本文提出利用壓電疊堆與柔性鉸鏈放大機構配合來驅動微型泵的橫隔膜，以達到泵送流體的目的。本文在查閱國內外大量文獻的基礎上，總結了國內外壓電疊堆泵的研究現狀，分析了壓電疊堆的動靜態特性，提出一種以壓電疊堆作為驅動源的壓電流體泵的構想。
