本片集合了生署長者健康服務各醫護專業的知識和經驗，包括醫生臨床心理學家職業治療師營養師護士及物理治療師，以故事形式，加上老年癡呆癥護老者親身分享照顧患者的心路歷程，去鼓勵現時處于彷徨無助的護老者，勇敢地面對問題，及積極尋求醫護專業的協助，早日脫離困局亦希望藉著本片喚醒公眾人士及護老者的親友，多理解及關注老年癡呆癥護老者的壓力和感受，對護老者作出體諒及支援，以減低他們的精神壓力，從而提升照顧患者的質素。
