這篇論文以作者本人在原工作單位的技術改造實踐中(即滲氮爐的技術改造)所遺留下來的技術問題為背景,根據氣體滲氮工藝的具體需要,首先提出了用uml對滲氮爐溫控系統進行總體的需求分析和系統實物建模以明確溫控系統的功能需求及各對象間的交互,在此基礎上分析得出溫控系統實現的關鍵所在即pid控制器的分析設計和實現,由氣體滲氮爐存在較大的溫度滯后這一特性,初步提出用帶純滯后補償的pid控制器來實現溫控系統的溫度控制,隨后藉助于matlab6 . 5平臺對帶純滯后補償的pid控制器和常規的pid控制器進行參數的設計與整定,進而在matlab6 . 5的simulink模擬環境中對基於兩種不同pid控制器的滲氮爐的兩種溫控系統的設計方案進行了模擬實現及模擬結果比較,結果表明,採用帶純滯后補償的pid控制系統的魯棒性較常規的pid控制系統好。分享友人
