實驗結果表明：在整個灌漿過程中單粒發光量呈單峰曲線，在籽粒全部充實並且顏色由青轉黃時，發光量最大；發光強度呈遞減趨勢；運用該技術有可能進行水稻不同品種間的比較和品種灌漿力強弱的篩選。
