    這次培訓為期3天。培訓由阿壩州委袁禮忠副秘書長主持。培訓會上，四川省畜牧食品局李昌平副局長作了「牧區畜牧業發展與科技」的專題報告省畜牧食品局蘭明建副局長作了「四川畜牧業產業化發展戰略」報告四川省草原科學研究院澤柏所院長作了「草地畜牧業可持續發展」的報告加拿大草原畜牧業專家巴圖作了「加拿大草原畜牧業可持續發展經驗和內蒙古海拉爾草地畜牧業可持續發展過程進展」的報告四川師范大學資源與環境學院院長張宏教授作了關于「西部大開發中生態建設與經濟發展關系」的報告。

    本研究對溫州市食用花卉資源進行了三年的調查，基本上摸清了溫州市食用花卉資源的種類和食用方法：對3個近期具有開發利用價值的品種進行了種苗繁殖與栽培技術的研究，提出了一套適宜的種苗繁殖與栽培技術：對其可食部分進行了營養成分的測定分析與評價，首次報道了金雀花營養成分分析結果，為研製食用花卉食品，大面積開發利用這些食用花卉資源提供了科學依據。
