為了探討麂亞科動物間的親緣關系，本論文以赤麂（ muntiacusmuntjak ） 、黑麂（ muntiacuscrinifrons ） 、小麂（ muntiacusreevesi ）和毛冠鹿（ elaphoduscephalophus ）這4種麂亞科動物為材料，以核基因序列為研究對象，作進一步的研究。
