結果表明:冬小麥胚芽在春化處理初期，伴隨著總呼吸速率的上升，抗氰呼吸容量（ valt ）和實際運行活性（ pvalt ）也快速升高，但在春化後期兩者均呈下降趨勢，與westernblotting結果十分吻合;在整個春化處理期間，抗氰呼吸活性雖有所上升，但相對于細胞色素主路來說，其運行還是處在一個較低的水平，而細胞色素主路則仍然占據了優勢。
