本研究擬對已知不同突出時間的腰椎間盤突出患者進行詢問病史、體格檢查和磁共振掃描，記錄臨床表現、突出時間、突出髓核及同層間盤的信號強度、突出髓核大小、突出間盤厚度、有無神經根受壓、有無黃韌帶肥厚、突出間盤變性程度、突出類型等指標，觀察突出時間不同的腰椎間盤的臨床表現及磁共振表現特點，尋找與腰椎間盤突出時間相關的指標，並根據臨床表現及磁共振所見初步判斷腰椎間盤突出的時間。( 3 ) do x2 - test between the two groups about the below entry : degeneration degree, neural root compression degree, thicken ligamen - ta flava, the type of the protrusion. result 1
