方法68周雄性icr小鼠分8組，模型組bm組經鼻滴入博萊黴素blm 5 mg kg建立肺間質纖維化模型，化纖湯預防治療組pht組于滴入blm前48 h予化纖湯灌胃，化纖湯治療組ht組于滴入blm后第14天用化纖湯灌胃，同時設立丹參預防治療組pdst組及丹參治療組dst組，地塞米松預防治療組pdt組及地塞米松治療組dt組，並與正常小鼠nc組進行對照。
