本文從多層cvdsic塗層缺陷形成的根源出發，通過塗層制備工藝進行塗層缺陷控制；以對塗層顯微形貌的觀察為基礎，結合氧化重量變化率，研究了不同塗層改性工藝對多層cvdsic塗層面缺陷的影響以及對2dc sic復合材料恆溫氧化行為的影響，主要研究內容與研究結果如下： （ 1 ）研究了多層cvdsic塗層的2d和3dc sic復合材料在空氣中的恆溫氧化行為，表明2d和3dsic ? c sic在空氣中表現出類似的氧化動力學行為。
