摘要對社會轉型期我國競技體育利益屬性以及舉國體制的演化與利益分化現象進行了分析，提出了轉型期我國競技體育具有私益屬性；原有的舉國體制出現了利益分化；利益整合首先必須保證競技體育公益屬性不受沖擊，但必須承認並鼓勵私益的獲取；舉國體制轉型的實質是利益總量的增加，而利益總量的增加需要利益整合；舉國體制需要利益分配機制、利益激勵機制、利益表達機制、利益補償機制、利益約束及制衡機制等制度體系保障。
