第二條本法所稱農業技術，是指應用於種植業、林業、畜牧業、漁業的科研成果和實用技術，包括良種繁育、施用肥料、病蟲害防治、栽培和養殖技術，農副產品加工、保鮮、貯運技術，農業機械技術和農用航空技術，農田水利、土壤改良與水土保持技術，農村供水、農村能源利用和農業環境保護技術，農業氣象技術以及農業經營管理技術等。 -
