This paper designs an optical system based on above to measure the small angle of the laser beam. a non - polarized beam splitter ( npbs ) is used to split the incident beam into two branches, and a rhombic prism agglutinated by two right - angle prisms is placed to realize total internal reflection twice in each branch. it not only improves the measurement sensitivity and linearity, but also increases antinoise ability by the differential optics
本文正是基於這一原理設計了測量光束微小偏轉角的光路系統，用消偏振分光棱鏡將入射光分為兩路，並在兩路分別用兩個直角棱鏡組成的斜方棱鏡來實現兩次全內反射，不但提高了測量靈敏度和線性，還利用差分光路的特點提高了抗干擾能力。
