Goods imported into hong kong under ata carnets will be granted temporary admission into the territory without payment of duty. importers and exporters do not have to lodge an import or export declaration to the commissioner of customs and excise in respect of goods imported or exported under ata carnets
根據ata報關單證進口到香港的貨物，可獲準免付任何稅項。進口商及出口商就根據ata報關單證進出口的貨物，可免向海關關長作出進出口報關而暫時運入本港。
