抵押人出具授權委託書原件，若抵押人是自然人，則需連同其個人身份證明的復印件一起辦理相應公證及認證手續，若抵押人是公司，則需連同該公司注冊證明文件的復印件一起辦理相應公證及認證手續。同時，還需抵押人提供其公司董事會關于抵押事項所作決議 -
