筆者認為，為了保證建設項目的順利進行，必須完善內部審計制度，因此本文對長春分院的內部審計制度從完善組織機構、人員配置、工作程序等方面進行了大膽設計，明確了審計部門的職責，提出了在現有情況下加強基建項目審計的方法，以此來保證基建資金的安全，防止基建工作中舞弊行為的發生。
