    為確保灌注泵可靠工作，提出改進措施： （ 1 ）採用改型環形泵體降低葉輪的徑向力，減小軸封間隙，抑制泄漏； （ 2 ）採用背葉片降低葉片根部壓頭，獲得微壓，使軸封兩端承受較小壓差； （ 3 ）採用螺旋密封降低軸封兩端壓差，在保持微壓的同時避免出現負壓，密封效果更好； （ 4 ）採用反壓式填料密封結構，在很小的壓緊力下，即可保證密封； （ 5 ）採用具有潤滑功效的柔性石墨填料，即使發生軸封泄漏，進入石墨內部的固相顆粒也將隨著石墨的消耗而被鉆井液吸收。
