    摘要在深入分析本區自然社會經濟條件和風沙源分佈特徵基礎上，提出把拉薩河下遊河道疏浚與風沙源治理相結合，以河道疏浚、農田防護林、喬灌草防風護沙林和流沙固定等物理工程、生物和機械措施為主體，進行風沙源綜合整治，一方面可有效控制風沙災害的威脅，改善河谷區生態環境，同時為拉薩市城市空間發展和當地資源的有效利用奠定了基礎，體現了在高寒河谷區進行風沙源綜合整治的可持續性思路。
