Operation : the performer puts his half clenched fists on both inner side and outside of the thigh of beneficiary, rubbing with two top fists oppositely up and down from the root of the thighs to the knees repeatedly for 3 - 6times
操作：雙手半握拳，並分別放在術者大腿內外兩側，並用力相對揉按，由上至下，由大腿根部至膝關節上止，反復操作三至六次。 -
